You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

Hair-Tek come with a money back Guarantee, simply return product within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

If you change your mind about your purchase...

We accept returns of products -- no questions asked -- for 14 days from the date of receipt of goods .All returns must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.

If we make a mistake...

If we send you the wrong product or the product is damaged during shipping, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.

The original product you received must be returned to Hair-Tek before we issue a replacement. You will be reimbursed for any return shipping charges, but you must contact us prior to shipping so we can agree upon a carrier.

We ship Worldwide for free. The product is shipped from Forestport, New York, within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) via U.S. Post Office, First Class Mail. We do not offer any other shipping method other then U.S. Post Office First Class Mail. You can request overnight shipping via U.S. Post Office, Only via phone in orders. You will be notified when order ships by email confirmation.
